Who we are
This website is a product of System of Care of Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington counties. System of Care brings together youth, families, and child serving agency leaders to work collaboratively to improve the services and supports available to children, youth, and families in our region. This website was created to provide information about our barrier resolution process as well as education and resources for navigating systems and access services.
Our Vision
Children, youth, and families are empowered and well-equipped to achieve their fullest potential and realize their dreams through living independent, healthy and productive lives. They are supported by a seamless, sustainable, comprehensive collaboration across systems and communities, which leads to generations of healthy adults. Services are youth-guided, family-driven, easily accessed, and culturally responsive.
Our Mission
The mission of System of Care is to ensure youth & family services in our region are community-based, youth and family-driven, and culturally and linguistically responsive. We collect barriers from the community, identify solutions, and implement or advocate for solutions.
